System Center Configuration Manager и как с ним бороться

При инсталляции SCCM 2012 RC можно встретить такую ошибку:

В ConfigMgrSetupWizard.log будет следующая запись:

ConfigMgrSetupWizard Error: 1 : Exception message: [A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. Откройте менеджер конфигурации SQL-сервера и включите Named Pipes и TCP/IP:

Напомню, компания Microsoft неоднократно обещала выпустить продукты 2012, включая SCCM, в конце 2011 года.

Я, как участник SCCM Community Evaluation Program, подписан на ящик, через который участники программы задают вопросы разработчикам. Сегодня в рассылке мелькнула информация, что выход SCCM 2012 перенесён на первую половину 2012 года. Процитирую Wally Mead, являющегося Senior Program Manager:

All we can say is that general availability is now the first half of calendar year 2012. With that, does it really matter when RTM is?
We’re working to align availability of all System Center 2012 products at the same time.

Такие дела.

Есть подозрение, что продукт выпустят к конференции MMS 2012, которая пройдёт в апреле следующего года.
