В SCCM 2012 появилась отдельная утилита, которая скачивает нужные для инсталляции обновления (т.н. файлы манифеста) — \SMSSETUP\BIN\X64\setupdl.exe. Воспользоваться ею придётся в том случае, когда будущий сервер SCCM не имеет выхода в интернет. Файлы можно скачать на другом компьютере:

Затем файлы нужно подложить на локальный диск сервера SCCM:

В случае автоматического неудачного восстановления файлов в процессе миграции операционной системы можно запустить loadstate.exe с нужными параметрами или, если это Windows 7, просто открыть файл двойным кликом:

Альтернативой встроенному средству является утилита MigRecover, работающая из командной строки. Достаточно просто указать путь к MIG-файлу и папку для распаковки:

Последнюю версию известной утилиты, позволяющей расширять инвентаризацию, вытаскивая информацию из ключей реестра, можно забрать здесь.

К сожалению, обе утилиты перестали обновляться. SccmAutoDoc уже недоступна для скачивания, а SCCM Documentation Script последний раз обновлялась в мае прошлого года. Последнюю версию  SCCM Documentation Script можно скачать здесь.

ConfigMgr Client Troubleshooter — ещё одна утилита, показывающая состояние клиента SCCM. Кроме информации о состоянии сервисов и просмотра логов, можно получить информацию об операционной системе, установить клиента, обновить политики, перезапустить назначенные объявления и т.д.
Скачать утилиту и получить полную информацию о ней можно в дневнике разработчика.
